Library Media Center Schedule
7:30 – 8:00 Open Access
8:10 – 8:40 Kindergarten/1st grade Classes
8:45 – 11:40 Open Access
11:40 – 12:40 Lunch/Planning
12:40 – 2:40 Information/Literacy Skills, Research
Beginning the week of August 20th, Kindergarten classes will visit the media center one day a week for 30 minutes on a bi-weekly basis for the entire school year.
Monday – Harris Tuesday – Humber Wednesday – Green
Thursday -Cox Friday – DeLee
Beginning the week of August 27th, 1st grade classes will visit the media center one day a week for 30 minutes on a bi-weekly basis for the first semester.
Monday – Carpenter Tuesday – Dennis Wednesday – Rodgers
Thursday – Brasher Friday – Miller
These scheduled class times will be devoted to literacy skills and literary appreciation. Students will not check out books during this time period.

K-4 Teachers may send students throughout the morning to check out books except during the 8:10 – 8:40 class time.
Literacy/Information Skills and Research time is available to all grades. A calendar will be available to all teachers to schedule visits when needed.
